Description:

Reporting to the CEO, the Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring that products or services meet established standards of quality.

Key performance areas will include, but are not limited to:

• Strategic planning and implementation.
• Management of quality engineering services.
• Quality Assurance Management.
• Compliance and Reporting.
• Financial and Risk Management.
• People management.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications and experience:

• Honours Degree in Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or Postgraduate qualification in Quality Management/Quality Engineering or equivalent NQF 8 qualifications.
• A Master’s degree would be advantageous.
• Quality Management Certification.
• 8 years’ experience in Quality Assurance Management.
• At least 3 years of Management experience.
